FAQ's

  • Studio Standard is a curated publishing platform for professional design tools. We release systems created by experienced designers and shaped by real practice.
  • Products are not uploaded or sold independently. Every release is commissioned, reviewed, and published under a single editorial and quality standard.
  • Designers, studios, and creative teams who need tools that hold up in professional environments, not quick fixes or disposable assets.
  • Yes. Every product is built from workflows used in active practice and refined for repeatable, professional use.
  • You receive a complete, production-ready system including files, structure, and guidance. Each product is designed to be used, adapted, and extended within professional workflows.
  • Yes, depending on the license selected. Studio Standard offers Portfolio, Commercial, and Enterprise licenses that define how tools may be used, including documentation, client presentation, or external promotional work.
  • If a product is updated for compatibility or refinement, existing customers receive access. Major new editions are released separately.
  • The Portfolio License allows tools to be used to document and present design work, including case studies, internal presentations, and non-promotional sharing.

Commercial and Enterprise licenses cover advertising or promotional use and are scoped by company size and the specific product or service being promoted.
Full license details are available on each product page.
  • Working designers and creative directors selected for the quality and consistency of their practice, not audience size or social reach.
  • We commission products that solve repeatable, professional problems and meet our editorial, visual, and structural standards. Not every idea qualifies.
  • We don’t run open submissions. We usually reach out to designers and creatives whose work we admire. If you think your work is a good fit, you can reach out through our submission form
We’re primarily looking for senior designers with experience on recognizable projects, or creators who have successfully built and shipped their own tools or products.

Studio Standard offers three license types, each designed for a specific use case:

    Portfolio License

Use Studio Standard tools to document and present your work—such as case studies, social posts, pitches, or internal presentations. This license is for demonstrating practice, not for marketing products or services, and may be used by individuals or companies of any size.

    Commercial License

For companies with 1–20 employees using a tool to advertise or promote one product or service. If the same tool is used for a different product or service, an additional license is required.

    Commercial Plus License

For companies with 21+ employees using a tool to promote one product or service across campaigns, channels, and materials. Use for additional products or services requires a separate license.
If you’re unsure which license applies to your use case, contact support before purchasing and we’ll help clarify.
  • Email support@studiostandard.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We typically respond within one business day.

We publish the methods behind professional design as authored tools—edited, licensed, and built for use.
